Jaguar Land Rover - Car Showroom

Crux was appointed to design a vehicle brand showroom for JLR, conceived as a focused, high impact environment supporting product showcase, technology presentation, and client engagement. The showroom was developed alongside evolving global brand requirements, with the challenge of delivering a compelling experience within a compact footprint, while ensuring consistency, repeatability, and operational clarity.

Crux was appointed to design a vehicle brand showroom for JLR, conceived as a focused, high impact environment supporting product showcase, technology presentation, and client engagement. The showroom was developed alongside evolving global brand requirements, with the challenge of delivering a compelling experience within a compact footprint, while ensuring consistency, repeatability, and operational clarity. Located within a listed building in Wapping, London, the project required a sensitive response to architectural constraints while delivering a calm, intimate, and emotionally intelligent retail experience aligned with the brand’s mission: to create a world where women feel beautiful and valued. This flagship space became both a physical destination and a strategic reference point for future boutiques worldwide.

JLR - Training Academies

Crux was appointed to design a new Technical Training Academy to support JLR’s evolving global training requirements. The academy was conceived as a multi audience environment, supporting internal technical teams, external partners, and suppliers, while enabling the rollout of innovative technologies and standardising knowledge across regions.

The ambition was to translate complex innovation, research, and future facing technology into an intuitive, immersive, and human journey. The resulting environment blends architecture, digital content, and behavioural insight into a single, cohesive experience that invites exploration rather than explanation.

Crux was appointed to lead a full update of Jaguar Land Rover’s existing Global Design Guidelines, refreshing and consolidating a set of standards across workplace, laboratories, workshops, training academies, cafeterias, and supporting environments.
Crux was invited to develop a workplace vision for Steer’s new headquarters, intended to bring multiple London teams together within a single, coherent environment.
