Guidelines & Playbooks

We help organisations scale with clarity and control.

Crux develops global guidelines and playbooks that transform design intelligence into clear, repeatable systems. By defining standards, rules, and governance upfront, we enable organisations to deliver projects faster with confidence, achieving consistent quality, cost certainty, and control across complex portfolios while allowing for local flexibility.

The guidelines were developed to enable faster store openings, reduce risk, and ensure every boutique delivered a consistent, elevated experience regardless of location or delivery partner.
